What were you doing before joining Tridas?

We relied heavily on door-to-door sales and free postings, but it wasn’t scalable. Our marketing efforts were minimal, and we didn’t have a consistent way of generating high-quality leads, which kept our growth slow.

What was your monthly revenue before?

Back in 2021, we did $310,000 for the entire year. It wasn’t until we started using paid advertising that we saw a jump, but even then, it wasn’t as consistent or effective as it could have been.

You have to be willing to make the investment, but if you have a solid sales process, the return on that investment will more than pay off.
